The four day accommodation request for contributory participants can be submitted below. You can put in the request after you pay the Registration fee. There are three places: A. SAM Guest House, IIT Kharagpur: for 30 contributory participants [INR 2400]; B. Hotel Swagat: for 38 contributory participants [INR 2100]. All rates are for four-day accommodation of one person, on sharing basis. We follow a first-come-first-serve booking policy. Partial payments or booking stays for lesser number of days will not be possible, apologies for the inconvenience. To-and-fro transportation to conference venue per day will be arranged by the conference committee.
